How to Make Iced Tea:

1. Fill a bottle with 1 liter of cold water.
2. Add 10-15 grams of loose leaf tea.
3. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours to steep.
4. Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste.
5. Serve over ice cubes.

How to Make a Cup of Hot Tea

1. Take one teaspoon/ 2gm of dry leaf tea for each cup in a teapot.
2. Boil Water in a pot.
3. Pour 150ml (for 1 Cup) of full boiled water into the teapot
4. A gentle spooning to mix the tea leaves
5. Cover the Teapot with a tea cozy.
6. Brew for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong tea you prefer.
7. Strain the fresh tea liquor in a cup
8. May add suger as per your taste.

# Brewing time may vary depending on the taste preference, but should not be more than 5 minutes otherwise the Tea may become bitter due to excess tanin extraction from the tea leaves.
